@Arnold34251 I am currently a student in hotel reception techinques. It is not required to have a diploma to become a receptionnist but it is still very useful. Most of the teachers are former hotel staff directors and can teach you many really useful things and hints. A good course will teach you about desk reception, communications between diffefent services, cash management and so on. I strongly recommend it. Most students are female but more and more guys show up every year.
