This is just a BILL it is not a law and it is not supported by the Obama administration. This is the work of a few random members of congress and it will never pass. It is the antithesis of American free media rights and is not representative of American opinion. RT is doing a good job covering this, but it must be made clear that simply because a bill is proposed does not mean it is supported by even 20% of congress. There have been a lot of crazy bill proposed in congress, look it up :)

I would love for people to start differentiating Fascism from Socialism.
Socialism does not necessitate a state while Fascism does. In Fascism the state can be the government (authoritarian) as much as it can be the private sector (so called Free Market). Fascism is the collusion between the private sector and government... a.k.a Corporatism. Socialism is a movement of the people where social aspects of humanity take precedence over the economic interactions.
