Laura is SO amazing, but I hope she doesn't get hurt jumping without her helmet. It's dangerous jumping jumps that high. I love jumping too, and my mom ALWAYS says to be careful!! <3
I love watching videos of pros schooling at home. These are hard to come by! Personally, I like the fact that she's going more collected. It's going to make the horse stronger in the end if it can jump from a shorter stride. And I think he has plenty of power, judging by how high he lifts each leg off the ground during the canter. It's not like he's dragging himself along! Thanks for sharing this wonderful video. :)
Excellent horse under a very good rider! But she makes some mistakes not bringing her horse in proper jumping position! the potential of this horse and her rider is very great - they could manage much higher jumps! and the understanding is very good - she immediately corrects small mistakes from his side.
How old are horse and rider and how long do they work together? Does she also ride him bareback sometimes?
Looking forward to some more videos of that quality! Thank you - and good wishes!
What do find a "proper jumping position", she has all the right distances but when the jumps get higher, she shouldve let the horse canter more. Not necessarily faster, but a bigger canter, because it's very difficult for the horse now to jump.

Honestly! She's definitely a brilliant rider and doesn't need people on youtube to be giving her "tips"

That's not Cedric is it? He looks a bit big and Cedric is on the short side, but the horses do look similiar
