Health insurance is a matter of survival--it is a necessity for everybody; this fact cannot be denied; since it is a fiscal responsibility, in order to mandate doing away with pre-existing conditions which currently prevents people from having health insurance - a large body must participate in said insurance - thereby providing general Welfare (health care) of the United States

Obligatory health insurance fulfills Article 1, Section 8, of the United States Constitution, for the physical health, prevention of diseases and disabilities, provide treatment, and fiscal security of the Nation and her hospitals.
