I think I found out what the problem was. When i brought my computer ot the computer shop, the guy noticed two capacitors on my motherboard had busted and there was black goo that came out of them. I changed my motherboard and cpu and the problem was fixed. So not 100% it was the capacitors on my motherboard but you may want to check that out.
I have the same problem. And when i play video games. i often get kicked out of them or get a blue screen. Actually my CPU noise was like yours and it's a bit different noise. Got worst. Not sure what the problem is. If you find out tell me hehe. I think it may have to do with the fact that the CPU overheated a few times and that's why it does that noise.

@F0uLy I applied a new coat of thermal paste over the cpu and now the noise is gone.

Yeah i had problem with similar noise almost, someone told me it might be from capacitors. I get it from int sound on mobo.

i think something worng with ur cpu or try to take off cpu and return back again in 5 min i hope its work . =D
