Its too late for me now, I'm not going back, but if I could do it all over again I would have played at my own pace from the very beginning. I was under so much pressure to keep up with the hardcore gamers in my guild that it took up all my time and burned me out. If I had known that there would be plenty of time to catch up between expansions I would have never quit. The other side of that is that WoW is addictive as hell and its hard to play 'just for a while".
I would get blizz to unscramble my password and borrow computer with WoW and recording software just to do this! I quit by breaking the disks, scrambling the password and uninstalling the game, but it would feel great to go out (again) in a bang. Great job and congratulations on your new life! I sure enjoy the free time too!

I just quit WoW myself. I had an 80 mage, 80 pally, 78 rogue, and 75 DK and played on Khadgar. I've been playing for nearly 3 1/2 years. WOTLK completely ruined it for me! I miss pre-bc =(
Right? When WoW first launched it was such an awesome experience. It really was like a war was going on. I was horde all the way!!! I am proud to say I have NEVER rolled an alliance character.
WOTLK ruined it for me as well. The DK's were ridiculous and my Frostmage was utterly useless because I didn't have the gear to push his dps. Ah well. Looking forward to the next big MMO, Maybe Star Trek?

lol you don't need to quit the game.. just space yourself.. it's not that hard to do.. get out and talk to people.. go to bars... meet some girls.. its not that hard. focus on school/work.. and the subscription is only 15$ which in comparison is one really good meal.. so it's not that much.. so don't feel like your waisting a ton of money by not playing

Its too late for me now, I'm not going back, but if I could do it all over again I would have played at my own pace from the very beginning. I was under so much pressure to keep up with the hardcore gamers in my guild that it took up all my time and burned me out. If I had known that there would be plenty of time to catch up between expansions I would have never quit. The other side of that is that WoW is addictive as hell and its hard to play 'just for a while".

I would get blizz to unscramble my password and borrow computer with WoW and recording software just to do this! I quit by breaking the disks, scrambling the password and uninstalling the game, but it would feel great to go out (again) in a bang. Great job and congratulations on your new life! I sure enjoy the free time too!

I just quit WoW myself. I had an 80 mage, 80 pally, 78 rogue, and 75 DK and played on Khadgar. I've been playing for nearly 3 1/2 years. WOTLK completely ruined it for me! I miss pre-bc =(

Right? When WoW first launched it was such an awesome experience. It really was like a war was going on. I was horde all the way!!! I am proud to say I have NEVER rolled an alliance character.
WOTLK ruined it for me as well. The DK's were ridiculous and my Frostmage was utterly useless because I didn't have the gear to push his dps. Ah well. Looking forward to the next big MMO, Maybe Star Trek?
