  • I love the real life combo: the blue chair (that is build so you cannot do else but slouch, breath badly and) to ruin your back and the blue yoga mat to fix it again :-)

  • This is a really big help, I have suffered with back pain for many years, damaged discs and spinal arthritis. I love the way you stress not pushing too far and moving slowly. Meditation really helps too. Thankyou!

  • Tara,THANK YOU so much, i had a severe pain in my back due to neuropathy, and THIS worked like magic. i did a couple more of your back pain routines with it and thank God the pain is gone and now i can sleep pain free :)

  • Great! You really go through the practice - not forgetting moving carefully in and out of the poses(!) - with perfect, gentle pace and focus.

    Having suffered from severe back pain due to scoliosis all my life, and now keeping myself pain-free by doing (and teaching) yoga, I know how bad it can be!

    I really find your practice inspiring, and I'm sure it will bring relief to bad backs out there!
