well when you do those modifications to the car it becomes less reliable, and i think its funny you have to put cutom exhausts on your little rice burner is350 just to make it sound halfway decent, the bmw has sweet sounding muffelers standard.

I just called Kinny's Muffler Shop and this set-up as seen here is $1350 (install included). If you want resonators installed it's an extra $250.

Not bad not bad Lexus nowhere close to the king of the road BMW. All the best to Lexus and hope you can narrow that gap. I owned an IS250 not sure if I would go Lexus again great cars but I would love to own one of the Germans rides 335 FOR SURE.

@hkangave Please don't compare an IS250 to a 335i. The disparity in price and performance makes that an apples to oranges comparison.

@txnfireftr Yeah, the IS350 is more in the same boat as the 335i, but still not really the same. The 335i has alot more aftermarket support which gives it the potential to be the much better performing car. The Is350 IMO seems to be the better "luxury" car for the money. The Is350 is only making around 280-290 whp with the bolt ons that are offered, but that is still plenty to make this car very fun to drive. I bought the is350c over the 335ci and am very pleased with it.

I agree....the car is very quiet stock. The true duals give off more exhaust note. I love my m35 sound stock. I may put true duals on my IS, but after I go over the warranty stage. Dealers trip off the smallest mod.

really nice and it gives off the perfect pure. But have you seen the Lexus IS F. I am so glade they came out with something a bit more sporty than their older models. But do not get me wrong I really like this model. I am still in the market for a new car so I shop around by even looking at videos on youtube as well.
