Why do people always complain when a cover is done and the vocal performance sounds different than the original? If you sounded like the original, what is the point of doing the cover? I love your version of this song, your voice is awesome...better than 1/2 the junk on the radio these days....

The point is not that you sound like Garth, the point is you don't. You put your own touch on it. Garth would be proud! Awesome version, ignore the haters (just as you are doing) keep singing. To some folks, Garth Brooks version of To Make You Feel My Love could never touch Dylan's version. It is all perspective and being open to the music. Not that you need my input, just throwing my 2 cents in.
