Spanish cops are mega violent and its kinda allowed there. My mates went over on holiday and said the cops would crack ppl outside bars with their clubs just for singing, even though the bars sound systems were deafening.
Are you sure you're talking about Spain, in Europe? The cops here are cowards. The drug dealers easily make fools out of them, and the legal system is far too lenient with criminals in general. More than two-thirds of them are pronounced not guilty unless there is very, very strong proof against them, because the slightest doubt forces an acquittal. A cop wouldn't dare beat anybody, since he'd be afraid to lose his job. Spain has been the paradise for international mafias for the past ten years!
