Shadowrun was an amazing game. It just sucks that the company who made it had some problems and ruined the possible chance for a sequel. However, if they would'a packed this game with DLC and sold it at an discounted initial price, it would'a had a bigger fanbase. A Shadowrun 2 sounds awesome, but judging by terrible sequels like Gears of War 2 and Modern Warfare 2, I think I'll pass.

This build is based purely on speed and hit and run tactics,attack them with the katana or if they see you use the shotgun and get away immediately,heal and reapet this over and over again.Maybe your think why the the shotgun its too heavy for an elf? But since elfs are realy good hit and runners its very usefull and it does alot of damage.
because in shadowrun they make it harder to aim for PC users because its cross platform and they wanted to make it easier on console kids and harder on PC geeks...

i got this game a week ago i am totaly adicted but they made the achievments to easy it should be like 1000 shotguns kills ect.. i got 680(g) on it already , but yeah i love this game never played anything like it before in my entire gameing history.
I don't know what this game is like on PC but on console it sucks ass. The auto aim is so strong you don't even have to aim at anything. All you have to do is run around and hold down the trigger.

yeah its a pretty fun game. gets old after a while unless you care for trying to get the achievements since there is no leaderboard, but fun. note though, the game has NO single player other than training and tedious bot matches, so dont think about this game unless you have live.

Microsoft always fails, except when they get taken to court for dominating the market and not letting corporate diversity into the computer market. They always weasel their way out of it by hiring armys of lawyers who suck on satans teet. In those cases.. yeh they win.
This is just another plan that failed like Halo 2 to get people to upgrade to Vista, this isn't a DX10 game, it's not hard for them to make it avalible to XP users. I don't recommend anyone to upgrade to Vista unless 1. You have 2 comps and 2. you have a upper-class video card. I only upgraded to Vista cause my new comp ran on twin 8800s and I could enjoy the effects of DX 10 on the very few games released right now, but seriously, don't upgrade just to play this.
You're not getting it, I just said: This (Shadow run) is NOT a direct X10 game, actually, there is no game out right now, that will only run on DX10. Im saying that because DX10 is not a requirement for this game to run it can be easily played on XP.
I totally agree. As it turns out, the Shadowrun exe. merely checks the operating system to see if it's an XP or Vista, a fact which was discovered by the warez group Razor 1911. All they had to do is make a crack version of it to accept XPs, and it worked.
Too bad this was made for Vista. Most game companies won't touch Vista with a 10-foot pole right now, and for good reason - most gamers won't touch it with a 5-foot pole. I'm glad Bioshock wasn't made for Vista.

This is just another plan that failed like Halo 2 to get people to upgrade to Vista, this isn't a DX10 game, it's not hard for them to make it avalible to XP users. I don't recommend anyone to upgrade to Vista unless 1. You have 2 comps and 2. you have a upper-class video card. I only upgraded to Vista cause my new comp ran on twin 8800s and I could enjoy the effects of DX 10 on the very few games released right now, but seriously, don't upgrade just to play this.

You're not getting it, I just said: This (Shadow run) is NOT a direct X10 game, actually, there is no game out right now, that will only run on DX10. Im saying that because DX10 is not a requirement for this game to run it can be easily played on XP.

I totally agree. As it turns out, the Shadowrun exe. merely checks the operating system to see if it's an XP or Vista, a fact which was discovered by the warez group Razor 1911. All they had to do is make a crack version of it to accept XPs, and it worked.

The original game was a RPG, so technically the videogame has ripped off every limb that gave the game its charm.
Shadowrun was never meant to be a FPS.

Too bad this was made for Vista. Most game companies won't touch Vista with a 10-foot pole right now, and for good reason - most gamers won't touch it with a 5-foot pole. I'm glad Bioshock wasn't made for Vista.

Cause was playing this one game and this one guy on our team really sucked and i thought he was a bot so i shot him and he did nothing back to me but plant a fuckin tree. and ever time a new game started he would plant a fuckin tree. lol

Whats weird about this game is sometimes it puts a bot in the game if somebody quits during matchmaking. And the bots are stupid too. If you want to find out if somebody is a bot on your team then as soon as game starts watch all of the people on your team if the is a person the Plants a tree ever single time a new rounds starts.He is more than likely a bot.

THIS is Shadowrun?!? What happened to the Cyberpunk?! What happened to the post-apocalyptic vision of tomorrow?! This is weak beyond all comparison - a quick mortgage of traditional (and wholesome) gaming values in search of the almighty dollar. I had an idea of what Shadowrun would look like if it was "covered" in modern times: and this makes my idea look like Shigeru Miyamoto's wet dream. For shame, FASA.
