This is why Manny wants the 30 day period during training so he can have all the advantages of EPO. Then he will have cycled off of it by the time the fight starts with the damage already done. He said that Mosely was on EPO in the second Delahoya fight.

As I said many times before Mayweather, jr will be using a delay tactic negotiation. Li´l Floyd and his "ego" can´t admit that it´s too early for him to fight Pacquiao. He needs another fight for preparation & he already made a secret agreement to fight which will happen early next year. Mayweather is using Schaeffer for negotiation to look like he is willing, but his plan is already made long before Pacquiao-Cotto fight.
