  • There really isn't a track from The Producers I don't like :)

  • My dance school did a show a few years ago and this was used as the opening dance!

  • You know, as a girl who preforms in musicals all the time, this song really speaks to me. It's so true and I LOVFE show business! :D

  • As far as I'm concerned, there are 3 versions of "The Producers": the movie, the play and the musical. All of them are great, but my favorite is still the musical.

  • I love this show, and this is probably one of my favourite lines from the movie :) Personally I think the original and remake are equally as good, but for very different reasons. They are very different genres and different eras, so it's a bit unfair to compare them as they were never intended to be one and the same. My only complaint would perhaps be the casting of Matthew, he can sing well but his acting didn't seem to suit his role

  • I like Broderick's final number. A nice way to end the film as the credits are rolling, Nathan seems to have a good witty part in this song.

  • I just can't remember was this one of the songs in the original musical that was not included in the movie?Been a while since I've seen it!!

  • "There's nothing like a Broadway show (til' you're in movies!)" My favorite line!

  • i gotta be honest, this movie is the best movie Matthew Broaderick, Nathan Lane, AND Uma Therman have ever starred in. and for what Matthew and Uma have starred in, like Godzilla (1998) and Batman & Robin, that's saying alot!

  • Who dear say that Lane doesn't have a pretty voice? His, and of course Broderick, voice is wonderbar!

  • Aww, that's a little harsh. Gene Wilder and Zero Mostel were amazing. I just think Brooks should have thought of doing a musical when they were still able to because I'm certain they would have been amazing. I won't lie, though, I'm a huge fan of Nathan Lane, and Matthew Broderick has an amazing singing voice. I can't choose between the original and the remake.

  • I love Nathan and Matthew,too!!

    I think that...Nathan's voice isn't pretty beautiful but it's very special !!

    And...I think I will choose "remake" .

I love both them but I love "remake" more .

  • it's true the remake is great, but it cut out some of the songs from the original musical. on the other hand, this movie DID add this song and "the hop clop goes on" plus it let the actors one at a time sing goodbye

  • Well frankly you shouldn't choose. One is an original movie which tried crossing some lines which other directors wouldn't dare to cross back then (like the Springtime for Hitler number). And this version is based on the musical. So I like both of them for what they are.

  • One of the few movies where the remake is actually better than the original imo, even if missing some good scenes.

  • Oh thank goodness, I've read a bunch of negative reviews and I really needed to hear a positive comment. I love this movie, and this song is so witty!

  • yap~

  • YEAH~
