hi honey i have manage to do a bit more than 90 mins per day but i only did it for 5 days this week . I did 3 days in the gym and 2 days of yoga this challenge is such a gud idea well done GG.

I'm not prepared to be creative and interesting. I'm just sweating it out on the elliptical and treadmill...maybe when I'm smaller, I can start dancing or something!
