    I am 4 fitness as well (but not daily).

    I have tot take care of these muscles I am working at since 24th of Oct 08.

  • I got in 3 days this week!!!! :) One night was 30 minutes on the dot, the other two were 30 minutes of walking, then 15 minutes of strength training after! thanks so much! woo hoo!

  • hi honey i have manage to do a bit more than 90 mins per day but i only did it for 5 days this week . I did 3 days in the gym and 2 days of yoga this challenge is such a gud idea well done GG.

  • hey baby girl i have so far lost 44 pounds since the RNY i had on dec 5. i did do 15 mins of cardio and 20 mins of differnt excersices today and i told my hubby about your challegne and he is so very proud of me. thanks take care love ya!!

  • I'm doing 360 minutes per week! I'm really proud of myself!

    I feel like I have a headstart because I've just begun my 4th week of 6 times a week at the gym.

    I'm not prepared to be creative and interesting. I'm just sweating it out on the elliptical and treadmill...maybe when I'm smaller, I can start dancing or something!

  • YOU GO GIRL!!! Hun this challenge is all about getting moving and doing it regularly, its for all levels. I hope one day i will be doing 360 minutes a week. (the thought of that now, makes me wanna cry lol lol) You dnt have to be creative hun, main thing is you do what works for you!! I know you a secret dancer, i know you really like to get ur boogie on hehe!
