Насколько мне известно Максим еще в 2000-2002 была на бэк вакале у тату.они к нам на гастроли приезжали и она на разогреве выступала и ее представили как бывщую их бэк вокалистку. у Максим тогда одна песня была - трудный возраст (2003) год потом она пропала на пару лет а потом появилась с той же песнею

The t.a.t.u album you're referring to was not released by them (if that's what you call an illegal copy, that's right). You know, a friend of mine once gave me a "remix cd" of tatu with downloaded remixes, and there was a yulia savitcheva song on it labelled as "tatu"...
