Your constant desire to chase is what set your team up for failure. You did a fairly good job top considering it was a 2v1, but after that, your gameplay falls off. It appears you looked up a template and went with the CDR build, but failed to utilize the purpose of it, which is to build up your Q strike faster due to it coming off cooldown faster. You took the main quality of Nasus and made it into an after thought. Remember Nasus's is not a caster, so stop using spirit fire every 22 seconds.

Just a tip for the future : Spirit Fire is a mana burner when used frequently, so it is usually not suggested for farming.Besides, if you start building Siphoning Strike damage, by the end of the game it can reach a +300 bonus damage.

There is one thing you should know. The Q resets the attack animation so for example when youre pushing a tower - attack and as soon as it lands press Q to attack again instantly - doesnt give you huge amounts of dmg, but it helps. Great video btw :-D
