  • he looks at the camera like "Are you gonna step in here?"

  • SO CUTE squirrel videos at Monkeyjoe2011 youtube channel

  • dumass person i would chase off the racoon. u payed for the catfood for ur cat not for a racoon!!!!

  • LOL

  • seems like the cat looked back and was like " this is going on youtube isent it?"

  • risk vs reward

  • seriously the cat has to learn how to share.

  • the racoon is like im taking this cat hisses and strikes raccoons like yeah what ever you spaz

  • that raccoon is like fuck you im gettin me some food

  • Hahaha it is entirely unaffected by the cat's batting/hissing. Just casually walks up, grabs a handful and walks away.

  • Ive only encountered one raccoon here on the planet so far...

  • due to raccoons and possums coming into our yard and dropping feces, my husband walking thorugh the yard brought parasites into our home from mowing the yard, and my cat got these parasites. by the time we found out, it was too late, the doctor would not even give us anything to help him. he jsut told us to say our goodbyes to our loving family pet, and suggested we put him down. those animals are nasty, and i lost my best friend of 10 yrs!

  • poor cats probly declawed

  • 0:35 Yoink!

  • raccoon doesn't give a fuck :o

  • you dumass never declaw any animal never how wood you like it if you got deteething you idiot

ps kill the dam raccoon an make a hat out of the thing cuz if he gets in your house its over cuz they'll do alot of damage an i mean alot

  • @j0shn0w1and By that logic we shouldn't neuter or spade animals either, but clearly there is are benefits to doing so (which outweigh the disadvantages).

You don't come across as knowing what you're talking about.

  • Declawing is illegal in most of Europe, as it is considered mutilation. I know this because I live in the UK and have two cats

  • How do people know it's declawed?

  • @jshaw6600 Because that raccoon would have ran away almost immediately when it first tried to take the food. Claws to the face usually don't feel too good

  • @alduris what a beautiful place!where are you from?

  • People that think de-clawing a cat is OK would probably think cutting it's whiskers off was ok as well. Under-educated. I know all about their biology and social behavior. Removing a cat's claws basically cripples it. The cat then has to deal with this disability the owner places on it out of convenience. I'm not an animal rights nut, but I like cats and I know a great deal about them. Spaying and Neutering is one thing. De-clawing is for a cat torture no matter how "normal" they act afterwards.

  • Declawing cats is cruel. Period. Claws are to a cat as are fingers are to us. That's just how it is. You're wrong if you think otherwise, so revise your thinking.

Also "friendly" raccoons are a myth unless it's a baby raised pet. These damnable things(that some people find "cute") in a group will corner a cat, hold it down, and basically murder it with numbers by ripping the cat apart. I despise raccoons and I kill them when they come around my home or road as I have cats.

  • @007CTHULHU007 I would NEVER let a racoon near my kitty! OMG, I can't believe this person thinks its cute. Those things are known for rabies! I have no words...

  • @omahadre Aye, they are evil creatures and territorial. They don't even eat what they kill territorially. We had an entire population of them die off around here from distemper a couple of years ago...and I had to blow one in half that came in the yard in broad daylight just staring at us 20 feet away. They are wild animals and should NEVER come close to a house pet. Indeed.

  • The fuck is this owner doing? Let the dog out!

  • I find it cute how the raccoon just takes it with his paws. lol

  • Why would you put your cat’s life at risk with a raccoon to make a video? Are you that money hungry that you would sacrifice your cat for hopefully gaining money, feed your cat in the kitchen and get that raccoon out of your yard.

  • @Cheepotlee exactly, raccoons can be very dangerous.

  • haha tha racoon got his ass outa there when he heard tha dog bark lol

  • thats an awesome back porch.

  • Raccoons are notorious for having/carrying RABIES. You're lucky that your kitty hasn't been bit yet. Keep his food inside!!!

  • They should have let that dog out!!

  • try giving the raccoon its own food or call the locals and have the raccoon brought to a sanctuary

  • thumb up if u think that dog is annoying at the end

  • raccoon like man wtf im still gon get some food lol cat look lost

  • Was this filmed with a .5 megapixel raccoon turd? J/K.

  • Thats my children of the sea kitty! Moooooooom this is my chicken of the sea!

  • That racoon could potentially destroy that cat's world.

  • Meow!

  • Poor racoon ! Desperate for food, so hungry,

seems to be - that he/she used all her wits and talents to

    get something to eat.

  • @meriprem you said he/she then her?

  • Just feed your cat inside your house. Problem solved.

  • No such thing as a friendly raccoon. Those things are full of diseases and may have rabies. Having your cat in contact with one is not cool. Especially when it can't defend itself either.

  • @Fyndy domesticated coon dumb dumb. find them as babies. and domesticate then. they act like cats

  • hahahaha i love how the raccoon literally grabs the food haha

  • Racoon,"Thanks for the Food you Bastard Lol >:D"

    Cat,"Get off my Property >:("

  • In fact my In laws cat was killed by one just a few mths ago.

  • Why is this being allowed? Raccoons are scavengers, if not free cat food it'll be something else. Raccoons are known to kill cats.

  • Never let a Raccoon hang around your house, if you see one get the hose and chase it off every time you see it. The females get aggressive after their first litter and the males are always unpredictable and can weigh over 20 lbs. They will tear a cat or a small dog to shreds and can badly injure a larger dog. (I've seen it happen.) They carry round worms in their feces that can kill your pet and are prone to rabies. Traps don't work, but a shot from a .22 between the eyes will do the trick.

  • @lawnsausages I know what your saying, I been acttacked by a raccon.

  • @MulletMcNasty We have a problem where I live. They are smart as hell and one recently approached some kids at a school bus stop hissing and aggressively running at them. Fortunately one of the kids was smart enough to throw the fucker his bag lunch. (Sounds funny I know.) The county will only trap them and they're two smart for that. Sooo... about 10 of us are lowering the population ourselves. The county guys know it and turn a blind eye, it sucks but we're scared for the kids and pets.

  • @lawnsausages yes i to have formed a vigilante group against the coons. We have over 250 members now and each are responsible for killing 5 coons each. Power to the People.

  • @emitreppotz Do their skins hang from your lodge poles? Are their skulls on the end of long pikes? Do you paint your faces in their blood? If you answered yes to any of these questions you could have a rewarding career in varmint extermination. Killing rodents is a fast growing field with immediate openings and you could graduate in as little as 6 months. Call 1-800...HAH-HAHA to enroll.

  • @lawnsausages Quoted for the truth. I've had to do the last sentence of your paragraph more than a fair amount of times. Coons will kill your pets and tear up your shed/garage--whatever they get into.

  • @CaribouLou45 Yeah, it's never "Uh oh I think a raccoon may have gotten into the shed" it's "Mother fuckers destroyed everything!" I had a 200' roll of visqueen plastic in my shed ripped into little pieces... WTF? If the devil has a pet it's a freakin raccoon.

  • Both sooo cute =D

  • the battle is on! 0:34 LOL

  • Ебаные идиоты, дайте им две миски блять

  • your cat is a greedy motherfucker

  • Raccoons are oversized rats.

  • SWIPER NO SWIPEY

  • 0:35 raccoon: N**** I JUST STOLE YOUR FOOD

  • What makes the folks think this raccoon is friendly? Raccoons carry rabies, and are dangerous. Also, it's kinda crazy to expect a cat to "share" willingly. I'd say move the cat's food indoors, and don't feed vermin.

  • should've let the dog out ;)

  • You jerk don't remove your cats claws if you are going to let him outside. Christ people are stupid.

  • @flybydeath Your stupid because cats can get along perfectly fine without claws outside. So long they don't have to depend on feeding themselves its fine.. and it saves being scratched when your playing with em.

  • @ketatrypt Thats an ignorant comment. You are taking a cats main defence away from them when you get them de-clawed. You should never de-claw an outdoor cat. It's selfish to think about your own needs then a cat. You are very uneducated.

  • @EscapeYourFate19 Actually claws are an offensive weapon. Not defensive one. a defensive maneuver would be for the cat to run away.Claws do not serve as a very good defensive weapon. Go ask a vet. Claws on a cat are meant for the cat to clutch onto prey. If your cat eats inside, then there is no prey to hang on to. Thus I said what I did in my previous comment.

  • @ketatrypt Its defensive. Cats can't climb trees to escape faster predators if they are declawed.

  • @RangeOrder Ive seen many declawed cats climb trees. Maybe you should get out more, and you will see this fact.

  • @ketatrypt Are you honestly this thick? *sigh* Okay I'll try to explain it to you, when you let a cat outside there is always a chance that the cat might get separated from you. It could get startled or run after some animal but there is always the possibility of you getting separated. If this happens the cat NEEDS claws to defend itself from the dangers of the outside world. Cats use claws not only in combat but also to run up trees away from danger. THINK for gods sake.

  • @flybydeath - "when you let a cat outside there is always a chance that the cat might get separated from you." Do you go outside with your cat and watch it as it plays outside or something? "Separated from you", is a cat like a 3 year old that needs to be watched? lol

  • @flybydeath Maybe you should climb out of your cave and smell the fresh air. Because I have a cat that always goes outside since she was a kitten, and she has never had claws since I found her. She can climb trees, she can catch birds, and she can run away from dogs. So I don't see what your point is. AND DUHH if its outside it is seperated from you. But as someone else said a cat isnt some 2 year old kid. It can think for itself. Unlike you. So what is the problem?

  • @ketatrypt - I'm with you. The people saying that cats shouldn't be declawed are dense.

  • @flybydeath - lmao I think you're stupid.

  • @flybydeath Oh, sorry I didn't know that cats without claws are only allowed inside

  • Many cats that are declawed resort to biting because its their only other defense and then people get rid of their cats because they are biter. So then you put your cat through the misery of being declawed for life just to get rid of it anyways. Let someone else adopt it or at least shell out the money for good vet care and research a vet that does a declaw using the "lazer" or "blade" method and not the "clipper" one where they just crunch through everything.

  • Do you even know what they do during a declaw surgery? And if you're not the kind that likes to "pay out the nose" for medical care let me tell you exactly what they do for a "cheap" declaw. They take a pair of nail clippers and crunch off the tip of each finger at the first joint. Through fur, skin, tendons, tissue, blood vessels, bone and all. And then they just seal it up with super glue. I've seen it done and its horrific.

  • PITA can kick rocks. If they ever tried to tell me what to do with my animals...

  • I love my cat to death, but there's always a line between humans and animals. I won't treat my cat like a child and pay out the nose for medical treatment, creature comforts, etc. Besides, being human, if I was starving on the street and I was offered an option to live a life of comfort and security if I gave up my fingernails, my reproductive organs, and any ability to defend myself, I'd take it cuz because it sure beats starving or freezing to death out in the wild.

  • Also, in the first 6 months I had my cat, he destroyed about 4k in leather furniture just being a hyper kitten(not even scratching at the furniture). In retrospect, I may have declawed him had I known that was going to happen. There is one alternative... google Soft Paws. It's like press on nails for cats that cap their claws. Dunno if it's that much more humane and it's a huge PITA.

  • Comment removed

  • @el060248 A simple counterpoint for the judgemental people who are against declawing as being inhumane: People won't adopt cats without it. For some, that's the only way they can tolerate cats in their home. Given the over supply of strays and cats in my country(USA), being intolerant of spaying, neutering, declawing, etc is simply discouraging people to not adopt. And fyi, I chose not to declaw my cat, but it was because he's an indoor/outdoor cat and he can go out/in whenever he wants.

  • i love how the raccoon just quickly grabs a hand full of cat food and then goes back down the stairs. xD its so cute

  • tsk yo kittys got this

  • The person that filmed this really needs to consider that a cat should not be placed in a situation or allowed to be in close proximity to a racoon. They are by far more powerful and carry diseases. Just irresponsible.

  • Theif

  • Racoon: "Hey, I'm just gunna nab some of ya food, mkay?

Cat: "NO! (smack) Go back to your fucking berries, bitch!

  • aww cat doesnt seem that annoyed with it

  • This is why people should not remove their cats' claws. Claws are meant for defense/attack. If that cat had claws, the raccoon wouldn't have stood a chance.

  • @misterpractical Cats are pets. Pets are for fun. Having your sofa and curtain all torn up by your pet is not fun.

  • @baraclude Pets are alive, pet arent just "for fun", you shouldnt mutilate it just so you don't have to educate it. If you are too lazy to teach it not to claw your sofa, dont adopt it !

  • @baraclude

Your stupid ass comment had US written all over it. I wasn't suprised for a second when I checked out your account.

  • @misterpractical i didnät even know people do that! in my country no one i ever knew had removed claws from their cat. that's just retarded

  • @TheRitva26 I agree. But people like (@baraclude) clearly believe that this is the "proper" thing to do. I wonder how we (human beings) would feel if we were domesticated by a superior alien race (if it exists) and they decided that we were too "destructive" and had our opposable thumbs removed. @FEDUP1NCAL1, @annick841, @el060248 I would love to hear your thoughts.

  • @misterpractical

If we were as mindlessly aggressive and selfish as the cat in this video? We'd be better off, and everything else be better off, if we were "de-clawed". I actually don't agree with de-clawing, but then neither do I think domestication, for food or for companionship, is moral. But I have no sympathy for a domesticated, spoiled animal like this that still manages to retain its selfishness and aggression.

  • @cauchamar spoiled and selfish? the cat doesn't think "hey, if racoon here takes all my food, i have an owner that will just give me more" its a survival instinct to find stranger animals to be enemies, especially when they eat its food. and with an owner that chooses to TAPE a raccoon stealing his/her cat's food, im not surprised the cat feels no trust towards its owner/food supply.

  • @misterpractical I totally agree. My cat is fully indoors but I kept all her claws. You never know lol

  • @misterpractical

And that would have been good, how? The raccoon wasn't being at all aggressive, nor was it a pest. The homeowners welcome it. Ironically it was the cat, who is outside of nature and is never in danger of starving, who was an ahole, while the raccoon, who doesn't know where its next meal is coming from, who could be killed any evening, who was polite and docile and didn't return aggression for aggression. I know which animal (and which kind of animal) I prefer.

  • @misterpractical . A Raccoon would kill a domestic cat. Ive seen Raccoons fight German shepherd and fuck them up before the dog could kill it.

  • @misterpractical a racoon could tear a cat in half even if it did have claws... thats a fact.

  • @misterpractical Would you like it if the cat clawed you?

  • @misterpractical HA! You must live in the city or suburbs. A cat isn't nuttin against a coon. Coons eat cats.

This "top rated comment" made my laugh of the day. I'm not trying to be mean, but you're sorely wrong here.

  • @CaribouLou45 That's no excuse to de-claw a cat, it can't defend itself.

  • @rlwieneke Never said I agree with de-clawing a cat.

    ;)

  • @misterpractical Misterpractical, I absolutely agree with you!

  • @misterpractical

You have no idea what you are talking about. i agree cats should not be declawed, but claws or no, a cat is no match for a raccoon.

  • @misterpractical Shit! U serious?! people do that???!

  • @thkro20 yep. Google "Facts about declawing"

  • @misterpractical HOW IS THAT LEGAL???!

  • @thkro20 "Declawing is legal in most US jurisdictions. It is estimated that 25% of owned cats in the United States are declawed (Patronek 2001)." - from Wikipedia page on "Onychectomy"

  • @misterpractical whose to say they did that to this cat? cat probably just didn't want to fight.. might cats have claws but sometimes they will hit you with paw as if to say "hey quit it" or whatever like this cat did to racoon.

  • @misterpractical i agree, my cat has chased off many racoons after swatting them hard in the face, with his dangerously sharp claws. mind you, he once also messed with a family of racoons and got a huge chomp in the ass by the momma... so now he doesn't chase them..but he will certainly defend the property from them. small to medium sized dogs, tend not to fuck with him either...to humans he is the most lovable thing ever...to other animals...he is ferocious

  • @Salvus967 Haha. That's awesome. I want a cat just like that ^.^

  • Lol raccoon grabs with two hands WTF!! THIEF

  • Cat's looking back like "Don't just stand there bro! -_-;"

  • I love how he grabs it with two hands...lol lovely

  • i got here from skyrim vids...

  • C'mon, can't you share? I just want a handful.

  • Stupid! I can’t believe this kind of ignorance is permitted on youtube.

  • Too cute

  • Compared to my cats, and others seen on YouTube, this kitty's a wimp; no killer attitude at all. My 3-y.o. female tuxedo has stood up to a pit bull, and thumped male cats twice her size.

  • Where's your kitten claws? :'/
