the travel was badf the left heel was bad and the sit was just alright, the OB heel is the only spin she does well.

the travel wasn´t bad, she lost the heel, the right heel was good, and the sit is good, in the rule book of the F.I.R.S. says that a sit spin is when your coxis is at the same height of the knee.
