Revisiting the legal question, Apple's distribution system violates the GNU General Public License because they will not provide their modified source code to recipients and will not allow recipients to distribute their own versions under GPL license.

As a result, a version of Wesnoth from them is not legal.

good game, although some bugs and freezing up on decent into darkness and both chapters of invasion from the unknown(seking the light&Armageddon) really sucks because they all tie into eachother. other than th few bugs its amazing. ive been playing for about a month or so and i havent beat every campain yet. worth the money !!

normally i hate older strategy but this has the most vast customization/gameplay story and anything of any tactic game

Looks like fire emblem for the GBA. I am sorely tempted to get this. Will we be able to customize our characters like level them and give them unique weapons?

I'm one of the add-on developers for Battle for Wesnoth and can tell you that the system works with individual units being able to gain exp. to level into more powerful forms. Weapon customization is limited but certain campaigns allow you to make some more complex choices when certain key units level up. It's really nice for softcore players and hardcore heavy-thinkers alike. Development is easy also, they even have a map editor on the PC version, but I don't know if it's on the iPhone app.

It is open-source, and therefore completely customizable. You can change any tidbit you want - given you understand the source code.

@Slappitize yeah it is awesome i have it, idk about unique weapons i just started the tutorial

but omfg when i leveled up on the second stage of the tutorial it has a class change once i got to level 2 for my Elvish Fighter (i had 2 choices)

not sure yet if you class change everytime you level up or not? or just certain levels

but the scenarios are great to love this

@Brandon101x You do class change for every level; However, most unirs max at level 3, and you don't always get to choose your class.
