I'm a Marth main and I fucking HATE this match-up, even if its supposed to be in Marth's favor.
I'm a very defensive Marth, my tech skill isn't that great, but at the same time I don't have much patience, I count on my opponent to approach and try to overwhelm me.
With Samus though, she can just camp back and I'm forced to approach, then I just get wrecked. I also lose patience waiting for her to recover.
All comes from originally being a Link main.
