Shareen is amazing, really. She puts a lot into her work, and you can tell it's her passion. Would it be so successful if she wasn't tough? No. She's not hateful or abusive? what the heck? But if you love fashion and vintage you'll loveee this show (:

Interesting...after watching the whole show on TV, none of these clips give a sense of the incredibly text-book narcissistic behavior of Shereen. She is so abusive and hateful to her young employees. Wanna take a psych class? Watch the whole show. It's difficult to watch. I'll give her 1 season. She'll destroy the show's Production team.
