@PikatchuVk You can use many different programs for drawing or "making" art, alot of people including myself use photoshop of different types, you can google photoshop trials and try some of em out for a month or so. :)

@DenizenV1 I'd say it's twisted around the wrist axis a bit too much. It should be more like the other one... And it's too large. It's not dramatic but I got focused on it.

I currently have a method for drawing and painting which is ok, as a hobby, but I definitely want to take it all to the next level. I'm capable, it's just there's a technique I'm missing presently. But I think everyone can learn to draw and paint like this with some dedication :)

@DenizenV1 Yeah, you just need some basic talent and the rest is training. The best thing to do is to copy from photos or in real life. If you draw 100 hands, you get really good at it. But you don't even need to draw this many, just copy all the time. As for technique, it really depends on the person. I'd go on different youtube tutorials to learn a bit more, which is probably what you're already doing.

I'm learning to draw on photoshop and it takes much more time to learn than with a pencil.

@ivanlagrossemoule I do intend on getting to a professional standard :) Every single time I produce a piece of work I critique it. There's always something I could improve, but I'd like to get the work flow and method under my belt.

@DenizenV1 So you want to make a living out of art or just be really good at it ? I want to reach a high level without actually being a professional. I went for engineering science since it's much more secure in terms of future.

Anyway, you get better through work. Each time I do a drawing it is slightly better than the previous one, so it's quite motivating.

@ivanlagrossemoule I want to be professional. At the moment, it's my most diverse skill set with the most potential. I learn by myself, with books & watching and implementing new or different techniques. I intend to finish my Higher Ed studies, move to Canada and take up either a course in digital painting or workshops, and truly specialise in it. CA is where it's happening at present, with very accessible (expensive) routes to follow. I'd like to work in a games/animation house, in time :)
