Well, many too many said something about his voice degrading, and unfortunately I believed them. But fortunaly I believed that only until 5:33 of this vifeo. Thanks man!
@THRASHFKINFILLETS That's what I love about Priest, nearly every album they completely re-invent their sound! Rocka Rolla definitely shows their jazz/hard rock influences. Of course it's wasn't ultra heavy metal like the stuff from their later years... they hadn't invented it yet!
It was great to see Priest play this song live two days ago. I always thought Rocka Rolla was an overlooked album. Sure, it's not the best, but some of the songs certainly deserve to be played from time to time.
saw him live this summer, so fucking boring... he had is coffee mug on stage and he stood at the same place all is set. i never been so deceived at a show
Dude the guy is 60 years old what the hell do you expect him to do run around like a teenager, give him some slack he is the metal god and always will
@zack82102 i dont expect him to jump around, but at least to put is freakin coffee away and show a minimum of gratitude to the crowd, i swear the ''god'' didnt even said hi, he got on stage, sang a few songs and walked away... ozzy is pretty much dead and hes still giving a show!!
that was so awesome, I nearly had a stroke as I was watching it. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me when I first saw: "Never Satisfied -- Live", but alas, it was the real deal, and Halford's position on the Pantheon of Metal Gods is forever solidified.
Excellent performance...he is singing this song excellently on this most recent tour...fuck, I am gonna have to find a way to see him in Montreal again this year!
No.14861, what about something from JUDAS PRIEST, maybe something from the 78-88 era (NO BOOTLEGS), i mean something well done, like the long beach 1984 show, maybe the new haven 1988, what about PRIEST...LIVE: SOFIA, BULGARIA 2004!!!, ANYTHING, C´MON!!!
@MrThrasha666 Oh man, you NEED to get your hands on Live Insurrection, it is fucking INSANE. The version of Beyond the Realms of Death on that is one of my absolute favourites. They also do ripping versions of Riding on the Wind, Jawbreaker, Stained Class, Running Wild, Breaking the Law, Tyrant, Genocide, Metal Gods.... and Rob sounds fucking possessed. Amazing, amazing record.
@Wraithriel Live insurrection is absolutely amazing. It really is one of those live albums with halford that will make you go "Wait no fucking way, Lemme listen to that again!" a dozen times over!

Rocka Rolla sees Priest in a different light, but has some very memorable songs
like this one.The album's not as metallic as later albums of course.I have the
'Rocka Rolla' logo tattooed on my right arm which was originally photo copied
from the CD cover and blown up to a bigger size. \m/

This song really should have been the opening track on Rocka Rolla. It's not a bad album; it just suffers from a poor track order.
This Halford version pretty much kicks the Priest version into the water. Priest really do need to perform it live again.
