so is this even a phone........? This european guys voice is annoying and he seems lost on the review.
So basically this phone just has a bigger screen than the n900 thats the only major diff i can see and its missing a slide out keyboard. plus i dont even knw if this is a phone or just a MID - mobile internet device lol fuk sake new terms for this shit nw.

Also China doesn't adhere to patents or copyrights or any of that. they pretty much do whatever the hell they please.
Communism, can't sue their whole damned government now can we. Well we can but where it would get us, is nowhere. Too much commercial interest.

What are you talking about? Maemo is free and open source isn't it. Why do you think they don't adhere to patents and copyrights regarding this product? I think there is no reason that they wouldn't.

@Charbax err a good chunk of closed source which kinda defeat the whole were open and awesome agenda. 20 percent os is closed source.

This is what the N900 SHOUlD have been like....but nooooo.....nokia had to go ahead and make it a 3.5 inch screen fancy PHONE, rather than a NIT with a sim card.
Nokia already has a boat load of smart-phones, there was no reason to make yet another smart-phone out of their tablet legacy. Even Maemo Freemantle doesn't resemble anything like Maemo on former NITs.
The n900 is just a phone with a wanna-be Android Maemo.

Maemo 0.9? quite vague. But the dialog positions all resamble Maemo. Sure this is Maemo, but how did they got around the closed source parts?
