  • Your body needs water to boost your metabolic rate, and without water your muscles cannot function properly and your metabolic rate at rest drops, therefor you burn less calories at rest and your body turns more food into fat... You DEFINITELY need to drink water to lose weight. Plus, your body uses energy from fats and calories to heat up to process cold water.

    5- Less murcery and more balanced fat content.

    4- It makes the body go into starvation mode.

    1- It takes a while for your body to notice that youre full, so when you eat slowly you notice it before you have eaten that much.

    (Note on number 2) I cant find the words for it, but i hope you get the idea.

  • @TheRedGuitar00 Jello does come from animal bones, but they're not being pacific enough. For one thing, some jello is made out of animal bones, and some brands use vegetables instead. Plus, it's usually the hooves. I think it's something that's inside the animal bones, but it's still NOT vegentarian.

  • Lots of people believe you must diet like everyone else or exercise like the fads, but we are each to our own and especially if you have a digestive problem (like me), you might not lose weight or even gain weight properly and must see a doctor about what's going on. (Just wanted to say that).

    A lot of people are commenting on the one about weight gain. Weight gain comes mostly from spiking or dropping blood sugar levels. Forget counting calories, eating low fat food, and exercise. Maintaining a steady blood sugar level is the secret. Of course exercise is important, but its not about burning calories, its about getting your heart pumping. And fat is vital for health, it surrounds and protects each cell. Just avoid trans fats completely.

More so where those calories are coming from if anything. The body stores toxins and excess sugar as fat more than anything else. The key to preventing this is to keep a stable blood sugar level and have enough minerals in the body to neutralize toxins so they can exit the body. Most people dont have enough minerals so its stored as fat.

  • #1 is kind of true. if you eat slowly, the body will respond that you are genuinly full (sorry for my bad english, haha) and not "just full". if you eat slowly, you will be fuller LONGER- you dont eat during those hours=less calories= more chance to weight loss. BUT! you gotta complement food with exersise. just because u eat slower doenst mean that you get adriana limas body over one night ...... eat slower+exersise=awesome body.

    1. Drinking water does make you lose weight, reason being the more water you have in your body the more water your body is able to expell plus the less hungry you get there for less food you consume.

    2. Skipping breakfast does make you gain weight, not eating breakfast makes your first meal of the day that much larger and your body retains more callories from the food you do eat.
