Impressive but,

I noticed the downward lines at the corners of the mouth were not improved much. Couldn't they help that with one of the lazer tightening? Why didn't they do it?

Can they build up sagging cheeks?

What about eyes? Over and under?

I think they would have used a filler for the smile lines.
