Kimbo was a great street fighter for 3 reasons...

1. 99% of people on the street don't know how to fight

2. He always keeps his hands eye, note how he moves his head a lot

3. He throws proper punches not non-stop wild swings that leave you open and wear you out

@MrBumboclart Yeah he moves his head alot, i couldnt agree more. The only problem is he moves it in a perfect way to eat an uppercut or worse, a knee!!! While he has improved ALOT since TUF, he will have a very hard time progressing into the elite levels of MMA. Plus, i think his chin is weak. He hit the canvas too easily in the petruzelli fight. If a punch like that knocks him out i would hate to see what would happen if someone really punched him or kicked him with full force.

These days I'd be a light heavy weight, not in a good way though, but I stand by my original point. Watch Brock get destroyed by that South American guy who boxed, and knew how to defend against the shoot. He fucked him up.
