He is not acting. The fact that he is reading in plain view just shows he wanted to prepare the speech and give it; it doesn't mean what he says is false.

This is not comparable to, for example, the fake ex-muslim videos, where the actors pretend to be expert in Islam and get almost all the details wrong, and not just basic pronunciation that even Muslim children don't get wrong.

Anyway, you will see that once he starts talking, he is talking naturally and not from the written speech.
