What he´s saying at first you know the part that its sung in backwards its says hare krishna and also "rama" . thats the name of a really important god in india.

Its pretty good. I don't think its sung backwards in the beginning - its just highly distorted, thats all.

This sounds like Placebo; in response to whether or not this may be a cover band. It's just a rarer song. I am glad I was able to find it, I enjoy this. I have heard many songs of Hare Krishna and this one captures genres of music I love.
