@myslickii I had a look at Offbeat Orchestra and the only two songs (Muse and Music and Saxy) are songs previously released under the name SunStroke (Epic Sax and Sax You Up). So are you going to come up with anything original for your new band or just re-release the same songs under a different name?

It might be your copyright but why not just accept that SunStroke sang this song and let people enjoy it? If people like the song sung by different people they will listen to the new band.
