  • chest flies actually wont build a lot of mass since you cannot move as much weight. It is deffinitely good for shaping and defining the chest though.

  • At 0:30 you aren't doing flyes mate, you're doing Dumbbell Chest Press. Sort it out

  • Slow twitch muscle fibers are used for moving heavy weights, fast twitch for light weights and quick movements. your fatiguing both when you start low with high reps and moving up in weight. By doing this you limiting your efficiency and work:gain:time ratio.

  • @dan2tham What? If he did much lower he would simply tone himself. He's doing heavy to gain not to define. If you did this workout every day you wouldn't let your muscles grow but doing this once, then waiting for the muscles to heal and doing it again won't do any harm.

  • @lordvoldemort578 When I do drop sets I start with 95 pound dumbells. This is a chest workout. It might work your triceps a bit but if you are feeling it more in your arms then your chest you might not be doing it properly.

  • @lordvoldemort578 You should be feeling it in your chest and triceps. Not biceps. Biceps should be used during pull workouts. Curls, reverse grip pullups, stuff like that.
