It's the money. It has nothing to do with exemption. If 1st place was $100,000 a week you would have 300 entries in each TQR including all the greats such as Voss who lost their exemption. The money sucks and it's just not worth the travel for 7 games.

that and also voss didnt get enough points to become exempt which is why hes only doing the tour part time

A guy like Voss could easily get on TV in the majors and get his exemption back. I'm hoping that whatever tournaments he enters, he gets at least one more TV appearance, so that we can see the "Voss is Boss" signs again :P
