Looks simple and efficient (compared to other videos I saw) and worth trying. But my oranges are much bigger (at least twice as big as those). But will try to cut them not into 4 pieces, but into 8 pieces and will see what happens. Please wish me good luck as I will be making it for the first time in my life :)
We hope you do try it. Actually in Britain we also have fruit preserves that we call jam but Marmalade is a Spanish invention from Saville I believe, where they have buckets of oranges! You can also make this with limes and lemons.
