@MrDunx801 everything is a relatively simple bolt up changeover. youll need manual radiator, manual wiring loom. manual gearbox cross member and the front half of the two piece tailshaft as the manual box is longer. try to get it all as a complete purchase. including shift lever, boot and boot bracket. clutch pedal and mastercylinder. you can use your existing computer but you will need to have someonechange it from a 4A tune to a 6M

I did a conversion on my 02 Stato international recently, and i didnt change the radiator. Just took out the auto cooling lines, and bolted the bolts that go into the radiator back in.

Also just used the same tailshaft my auto box had, but used the input shaft from the manual box lol.

But yeah, i found the conversion straight forward. Just 1 speed bump with the loom. A wire came loose but that was it lol

No mate, I've converted this Statesman to a six speed manual. so with plenty of power and a final drive of 3.91:1 its capable of doing this from 1st, 2nd or 3rd gear. just rev her up and slip the clutch.
