I love your art style- its lovely

    also: you're right -it Is a wonderful song !! :D !

  • and Walt Disney have inspired u?

many things are just like in Disney cartoons but it's ok :)

  • very very very creepy

  • song is so funny. good animation too

  • this feels like a fever dream its so hypnotizing

  • What program did you use to make this?

  • I used iStopMotion!

  • @pappirus Thanks :)

  • looks like someones watched Walt Disney's Karnival Kid from 1989

  • Really nice work. Love your use of audio

  • Great video, I love it. Good use of music. I'm very impressed.

no I'm just jokin' the video SUCKED ( look at the bird, he looks like a PEANUT )

  • hahaha thank you very much ;)

  • HOT DOGS!

  • very impressive, great use of shadow! loved it :)

  • "flyingflotilla-stop motion" is an awesome stop motion video on youtube

  • Cool!

  • Haha, I love how crazy this is, especially with the old found music. Great job!

  • this stuff is great!! are you still doing stop-motion?? you've got some really fantastic style and ideas! ( ^>_^ ) CcheerzZ!!!

  • Beautiful. Loved the tea part.

  • Hey im doing a project for school

what would you call this animation

    cell animation?

  • Brilliant work. Excelent puppets and animation.

  • хрень но мне нравится :D

  • its like a new classic good job. but you already now u own

  • That's some nice design. It's great that there is very limited shading and, with it also being black and white, it mostly relies on the silhouettes. The sound helps the vintage feel of it.

  • unique

  • You can win an animation contest with it!

  • Ey! that a original stop motion. It is like chines shadows ^^

The music is from a disney's short, isn't it? it's form the karnival kid (1929).

  • pretty random but nicely done

  • it would be better if it were in color

    anyway good job

  • I like the black and white. Something done with color paper may be interesting, but this particular animation is beautiful just as it is.

  • I'ts crazy, so progressive^^

    You are an artist!

  • this is pretty funny and absurd stuff

    i like it very much

    +++

  • Really great work! Alot less complex technically than many animations out there, yet it is way better than many of them. The content is simple, the tune is catchy and even abit surreal. Great work! 5 stars.

  • hot dog, hot dog! now i wanna hot dog too!!

  • great job. im working on a stop motion project. any tips?

  • I get this song stuck in my head all the time! ha ha ha

  • Yes!

  • who made this??

  • I did!

  • teehhee

  • I watched it first without the song. It is so random, yet so very compelling to watch. And with the song...it's still random. XD I love it.

  • Words cannot describe how fanstastic this video is...

  • fantastic cut outs. very creative ideas for animating sound. this is a great piece of animation.

  • This is the most wonderful animation I have EVER seen. INCREDIBLE! Kudos to you!!!

  • hey this is so cute :)

  • so cute

  • a little strange but great none the less

  • weird but wonderful

  • so so brilliant, i can't even tell you enough x

  • Way cool!!

  • where do you get your weed? lol

  • how did u do the waves?? if that is paper, how do you to to semifold the little points to make that beautiful rounded kind of folds:S? how did u work that paper please tell me T_T

  • Good shading technique, brilliant.

  • by the way, brilliant animation.

  • Hot Dog! Hot Dog!

  • Absolutely wonderful!!!

  • wow...wonderfull

but please tell me: how did you work out this 3D-Look? for example the waves, it looks like two pieces of paper, but why are there grey stripes in it? grey paper or color?

  • i think he put one paper on the ground, then the scene, then the first wave, then he put something in between (a book, maybe) and then put the second wave on top of the book..im not sure.

  • Really wonderful animation.

  • Wow your very creative!

What program do you use to create animations?

  • awesome!

  • thats so trippy :P

  • Loved it ! I really like how smooth it is; and how it feels realistic (I don't know what other word to describe it, but the part where the dog was balancing the hot dog/bird/etc. on it's nose...and it started wobbling...yeah, subtle things like that).

Did you do the music ? Or the sounds/voices ?

    -b

  • awesome! really cool! how many frames per second do you have in these animations?

  • Thanks! They are all 24 frames per second, just to get the smoothness I wanted in certain places. But most of the time while shooting, I jumped over every other frame if you know what I mean.

  • Good work!! That's great.

  • Terrific animation and I really like the sound. I think I'm going to rip off the concept for my next project. Thanks

  • cool character style~

  • omg thats cool... how do u make these?

  • the sounds were from a old disney movie right?this was awsome, i liked it a lot cause it was different really original!what a imagination, like in a dream haha.. keep rockin

  • This is absolutely terrific!

  • awesomely disturbing!

    :)

i do some animation too- give it a peek if ur into that shiz....

    x

  • im totally into that shiz, word dawg, fo sho! keep it real homeslice.

  • this is veery stylish and precise..Last but not least, beautiful and interesting! Thank God there r still such talented ppl who have the chance (thk God again) to share their art with others and to make them appreciate it.Pure talent!

  • loved it.

    xxxxxxx

  • I feel like I'm the dog barking at the sea to give me what I want. Even though I could swim I don't know where it is...so maybe a little birdie in a tea cup could bring it to me? sorry I got confused at the end there. But it was still so inspiring and insightful. I'm touched.

  • beautiful. the beveling (or whatever you call it) is incredibly effective. I'm impressed!

  • That looks so cool!!! What did you use to make the characters?

    Check out Monster Killers!

  • absolutely beautiful, lovely paper scoring

  • this is beautiful. so sympathetic. thanks for sharing.

  • I like the dog. He makes me happy, like a little hotdog on eggs.

  • Great video, very creative!!!!5

  • Thats funny...

I don't recall taking any LSD today...

  • i didnt get it

  • This is fake... Dogs don't make that sound nor do they talk and chicks don't ride in teacups.

  • impressive

  • Pappirus,

If you want me to be honest, I didn't get too much the story...but I did like animation.

Keep working to better develope the stories.

  • that was... surreal. perhaps the dog and the bird should get married... make the whole thing a bit more widely accepted... cough

  • look my movie please

    look my movie please

  • thank you, I`d love tea, and that cartoon

  • I Like it :) good job!

    ~Moi~

  • It's the kind of cartoon that is so random, it's scary.

    But good. :] ♥

  • reminds me of those old freky cartoons when i was a kid..

  • Excellent video, as are many of your other videos.

May I ask how the curved folds are achieved? By hand or tool? The use of the very slight shadow makes the video.

  • amo el papel, me encantan tus videos, sobre todo el del contest, te amo

  • it's kind of wierd but yet it is totally awsome

  • very nice

  • that is a good idea, next time...

  • Wow! If this is real paper animation then it's amazing! From what year is this?

  • im facinated by your style. excellent.
