As far as the music, yes it is pretty obnoxious-it has that 1970s/1980s disco/musak feel. It was the setting on my buddy's camera and I couldn't change it or turn down the volume.
Nice video but I could not hear you due to the music. THe music was very interestng, very different commpared to the norm for workout vids. Anyway, great variations.

Yes you can do push-ups on a leather ball. If it is very worn and soft it may bother your wrist a bit.
