this bylaw doesn't even make sense, the term "other device" is so broad it could be applied to anything. a Car, bike, or even shoes could be considered "other devices" also section 2.04 of the same bylaw prohibits throwing snowballs on the ground, makes sense right?

no he's an idiot he was told the first time not to drive on public property cause there is a bi law but if he was to not do it and then just go and try adn change teh bylaw but no he was dumb and just did what everyother moron does and did it again after being warned
