first off, congratulations on winning the competition. i thought about entering but now i see that i would have just humiliated myself. wat that supost to be a seen from futurama? cuz i've seen all the episodes at least 3 times and both movies, and i didn't reconize that. the effects were cheesy, but who would expect a whole lot? great job with the music though, very good. again, gratz on winning the contest!

I think this video is good because its not just recreating scenes or images from Futurama. Its a story on its own that includes futurama, and has similar themes.

If accurate recreation of episodes and characters is what you wanted to see, just watch an episode!

I've got to be honest, this video is awful compared to a few others I saw that were submitted. The effects were really crummy and only 1 minute of it had anything to do with Futurama. And that's just a band playing the theme song.

I'd like to know what the judges found in this video that lead them to picking it as the winner - I must be missing something.

i don't know why you're paying this video out just because it won. Everyone's got a different fave, and the guy who was giving away the poster picked this as his favourite, so get over it. As for the effects, what's wrong with having crummy effects? i think it works, and what you'd expect for a home made movie. The futurama content is fine, they were among the very small few who used NO visuals from futurama, and i think that's one of the things this comp was about. You can't please everyone.

yes we are, music's not the ony sweet thing we make together har de har har :-)

ah yes the car. we split the filming of that scene over 2 days, and on the second day rebecca locked her keys in the car so we couldn't bring it to the location. She also locked her shirt and shoes in the car (watch the shirt logo). It was pretty funny, but i guess you had to be there. Cheers!
