Modern Warfare 1 ran without issue on my AMD Athlon 64 3700+ 1MB. I should be able to run this fine on medium or high.

First of all your processor will not allow you to play the game unless if yours is the dual core version. Second of all, the 9500GT is a bad choice for a new graphics card because it is outdated. Go with the Ati Radeon HD 4850 because your processor is AMD and ATI is made by AMD so it will be better optimized and it is a great card for the price.

Turn AA fully off and will be no lag at all and it definitlu lags a bit even without traps cuz of 4x AA

LOL no it doesn't. Your acting like my CPU is godly in this video. It is a PENTIUM 4 processor that doesn't even have 64bit support and it is single core. Fraps is CPU demanding and I am try to run all of this on ONE core. Think twice before you leave a comment.

LOL the game saves on to your steam account so you can get it again for free. Lets say you lose your disk and you pc crashes. What can you do?

Hmmm, those specs are very low and it will bottleneck the card like shit. Your processor won't let you play any of the latest games nor will your RAM. So I think you should just get a new pc.
