I don't recall making that comment. After hearing it again, I agree with redbrian3655 totally. Whatever i heard a year ago doesn't seem to be there now. Sounds good.
Thank you. As a director of amateurs, I always appreciate the effort put forth. This was a monumental undertaking on your part, and for what you accomplished you should be quite pleased. we are all spoiled by listening to Harnoncourt, Koopman etc. that we forget that Bach did not have great professionals with which to work. My hat is off to you, the choir and the orchestra. Theire are rough spots, but on the whole you DID IT! BRIAN (USA)
@redbrian3655 Thank you for your kind words. We were not totally happy with it ourselves afterwards since time ran out but we comfort ourselves much in the same words you put forth here :)
@AnttuKS I just listened through again. I am sure that those in attendance were uplifted enormously. THAT IS THE GOAL! It is only as YouTubers can keep re-listening to the performance that mistakes become obvious. I will say this: the choir is excellent. If any problems existed it is in the trumpets. Oh well.. their chops get dry just like the rest of us, and soloists get nervous. Let yourselves off the hook and move on to the next enormous challenge. Much respect, BRIAN (USA)

No. Poor performance. Clearly not professional musicians.

@mebumit Read the description which boldly asserts that the group performing is "amateur."
