Thats the sloppiest pour I've ever seen. Don't dip the spout in to the beer. Too much angle and too much fizzing. Maybe your temperature or CO2 pressure is off on your kegerator.
A proper pour will start with the glass about 1/2 inch from the spout at about a 45 degree angle. The beer pours down the side of the glass until about half full. Then straighten the glass and keep pouring down the center for a nice head. And don't stick your finger in it.
