  • Very nice, unfortunately I've never had the privilege of playing a ZX Spectrum but I'd love to though

  • @bizzaro13 Oh my!!! you have no idea what you have missed out on over the years my freind!!....true waiting for the bastard to load was a pain in the arse but it just made you appriciate the game more know what i mean lol.

  • @FlamboyantHardman i love the music in this game i've just checked out the c64 version it did look amazing and the music on the c64 version was even better...it hurts to say that coz i love the speccy but its true lol.

  • Now here is an arcade version I can respect. Despite the obvious limitations of the ZX it looks that they managed to stay faithful enough to the arcade and make it playable. They decided to do all black and white instead of the terrible two tone thing like Double Dragon. In other words it looks like the developers put good effort into this game. The NES was far more capable of what Data East did with Robocop.

  • @OldsXCool yeah i think they got this one just right for the old speccy its a pity that Robocop 2 and 3 was pants though.

  • "You have rescued the president..." I don't think so mate!

You should play CPC and C64 versions. They are much better.

  • @alex76gr Well if shooting the president counts as saving him then yes lol...he was a corrupt bastard anyway.

I played the Amstrad version years ago but was on a green monitor... i'll have to check out the c64 version its mad after all these years i don't think i've even seen a screen shot for it.....i'll do a bit of searching.
