@Milkshakethecat well it really depends could be alot of reasons. the other games of FMA that are here in USA need to be really popular and alot need to be sold. because of the ratings and what not, as well that they need to get the license and copyright materials so america can create the game in english and they still need the 3rd game of FMA for ps2 to come out

I couldn't understand the text but from what I can gather, Winry was being coy, Edward is .. Edward. Ed was telling that random girl about Al, or something, I don't think it was romantic. Riza was most likely giving him some advice, and Roy was annoying him.
