I can not find this DVD any where here in America. At one point in the DVD I see that Stephen visits my hometown. I guess I'll have to search Ebay for it.
But I can`t share it with my American friends!!!!! so much good stuff on BBC and it is not available in America... does anyone know why? I love Stephen Fry, but particularly this series, although, only watched the first one yet... I loved it!
Oh, I think he'd be the same... perhaps he wouldn't have gone to Cambridge and therefore maybe not become famous but he'd have gone to Princeton and learned about the same and his thought wouldn't have changed I assume
I wasnt saying that Fry would be like those things because of an American upbringing/culture etc. I said those things because its the antithesis of Fry's personality - hence the parallel universe inverting them - it wasnt meant to be a dig against American schooling etc. I reread it and it could have sounded like I was wagging my finger. I love America. Jazz for petes sake where would I be without Jazz...

Ask the BBC; they're the ones not airing it in the US.

In a parallel universe Stephen Fry WAS born in America. He loves hunting and hates reading books.
