If I remember well, there were many types of wigs in that time. I doubt that Bach used that type of wig. There were wigs according to the profession, and if I recall well the cantor's wig were different shown in this movie. This one is too florid for the austere character of Bach and his job.

@cls105 It's from the film The Chronicle of Anna Magdalena Bach, by Jean-Marie Straub and Daniele Huillet. It's available on dvd in the United States. Most of the film is composed of performances like this one.
