  • holy shit, you're fucked dude. look at all those supplements.

  • Too many supplements.. Whey and maybe a pre workout. Everything give you the results you're paying for.

  • Don't take too much supplements man, if you can live without it and have results, ignore them. There's sooo many supplements that's useless or atleast, barely changes anything in your physical appearance, Instead, if plays with your other stuff where, trust me, you won't like. You should take nothing else than protein, vitamins, and eat, alot. Healthy of course, not saying go to burgerking and go nuts. Creatine doesn't hurt either... especialy since as you said you're drinking enough water.

  • @Microphonechecka2 hahahaa i wont .. yeah i take about 3 grams ( 3 capsules ) morning and bedtime... and yes it did help clean up my acne
