No amount of "Maybe they're just being satirical for the sake of the lulz" can fix this song. Their first song was clearly aiming at sheer humour, and as such I can only assume they havn't had some major epiphany since then, so I can only assume this is serious.

When I wrote that, I was unaware of The Lonely Islands genius. After looking over other videos, the actual satire shone through, so I no longer have a problem with their work.
But I still think this is one of their worse ones.
