I didn't translate it into Chichewa really...I wrote it in Chichewa and tried translating it into English..apart from the line "mulibe chinthu kunena"....which is direct from English but doesn't work in Chewa...
"ukucheza cheza, koma ulibe chonena" is the right translation I was told recently in Malawi...
ANYWAY...I don't profess to be fluent in Chichewa (evidently!)...but I know enough to write songs and talk nonsese for a while ;-)

yes I wrote this song couple years ago in England after 10 months in Malawi...
I have 'refined' it since then (correcting my gramatical errors!)...as I had nobody previously to assist me :(
