@PInkbun17 Breeding shouldn't be done by people without experience. Also, these are two different types of conures. Creating the "Sunday" hybrid is a bad idea as it's ruining the captive stock we do have.

did you get both of your birds at the same time? i have a cinnamon green cheek conure and i've been reluctant to get another conure because i have read that the bird will lose its bond with me and chose the other conure as its new friend =( i just want my bird to have company when im not there... its not like im gone all the time but im sure he gets lonely

yes they can interbreed. I have a sunday conure that is a cross between Sun and Jenday.

Wow, I had a Blue Quaker parrot, Charlie, I thought his colours were gorgeous. He flew away. I now have a Sun, Phoenix, who I think has spectacular colours (my snuggle bird). Now I see your Jenday, and I he makes my Sun look dull.

I was originally attracted to birds for their colours, but their personalities won me.

I'll never give up my Sun, but I'd give up almost anything to get my Charlie back.

Personality is everything.
