a well-seasoned, dry-aged, perfectly grilled steak pairs well with a few sauces... bernaise, red wine, bleu cheese, etc. A1... is really just for people who haven't tried anything legit! it's too salty and bold notwithstanding the fact that there may be a few in the culinary community that genuinely enjoy A1 sauce..... anyways, enough with these comments :)
